Premarket Gappers Nov. 5: ZNB, AEHL and ELPW Jump Before the Bell

Key takeaways

  • In premarket data as of about 8:05 AM ET Thursday, Nov. 5, 2026, Zeta Network Group (ZNB) was up 110.93%, Antelope Enterprise Holdings (AEHL) up 99.52% and Elong Power Holding (ELPW) up 66.14%.
  • No clear catalyst was reported for ZNB, AEHL, JIADE (JDZG) or The Children's Place (PLCE). ELPW rose after a subsidiary signed a three-year energy-storage deal worth at least RMB2 billion (about US$300 million).
  • Earnings drove TrueBlue (TBI), Sezzle (SEZL), Arq (ARQ), Sunrun (RUN) and Warby Parker (WRBY). 3 E Network (MASK) announced a logistics partnership for AI-compute fulfillment.
  • One leveraged fund made the list: the Tradr 2X Long APP Daily ETF (APPX), tracking AppLovin's post-earnings jump.

Thursday's premarket gappers mix low-priced momentum names with no clear news, a China energy-storage contract, several third-quarter earnings reactions and one leveraged ETF tied to AppLovin. The broader tape is split after the midterm election: Dow futures are higher while Nasdaq futures are lower as semiconductor stocks slip. The figures below are premarket % changes against Wednesday's close, on premarket volume that is much thinner than regular-session trading. They come from premarket data as of about 8:05 AM ET and can change sharply before the 9:30 AM ET open.

Percent change and volume are premarket data as of about 8:05 AM ET Thursday, Nov. 5, 2026, measured against Wednesday's close. Volume is shares traded so far in the premarket session; "0.0M" means fewer than about 50,000 shares, so those moves rest on very thin trading. Figures change quickly before the open.

What moved the stocks

Zeta Network Group (ZNB) led the list. No clear catalyst was reported. The shares are listed on Nasdaq (StockAnalysis). Premarket volume of 44.4M means the share count turned over many times on thin overnight liquidity.

Antelope Enterprise Holdings (AEHL), a China-based livestreaming and e-commerce company, also had no clear catalyst reported for the premarket jump. Kalkine, in a Nov. 5 note, framed recent financing headlines — including a $100 million at-the-market equity program announced Oct. 1 — as context rather than a fresh trigger, and flagged thin liquidity and dilution risk.

Elong Power Holding (ELPW) said at 4:00 AM ET that its wholly owned subsidiary Elong Power (Beijing) Co., Ltd. entered a three-year energy-storage equipment cooperation agreement with a total procurement value of no less than RMB2 billion (about US$300 million). The first purchase contract is due in January 2027 and is worth at least RMB300 million (about US$45 million), according to the GlobeNewswire release.

JIADE Limited (JDZG) had no clear catalyst reported. The education and study-abroad services company trades on Nasdaq (StockAnalysis) and showed the highest premarket volume on the list at 47.2M shares.

The Children's Place (PLCE) had no clear catalyst reported for Thursday's premarket move. Shares remain in focus after recent coverage of a possible bankruptcy process, but that was not a fresh Thursday release that clearly explains the overnight gap.

TrueBlue (TBI), a specialized workforce-solutions provider, reported third-quarter revenue of $521 million, up 21% from a year earlier, and net income of $9 million, or $0.28 per diluted share, versus a net loss a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA rose to $21 million from $11 million (company release, 4:05 PM ET Wednesday).

Sezzle (SEZL) reported third-quarter revenue of $166.5 million, up 42.6% year over year, and adjusted EPS of $1.37. Total transaction volume rose 34.9% to $1.4 billion, and the buy-now-pay-later company raised full-year 2026 guidance, according to Seeking Alpha and the company's Form 8-K exhibit. Premarket volume shown was 0.0M, so few shares had traded.

Arq (ARQ), an activated-carbon producer, reported record third-quarter revenue of $38.2 million, up 9% year over year, net income of $2.5 million, or $0.06 per diluted share, and Adjusted EBITDA of $8.8 million, up 71%. It raised the low end of full-year 2026 Adjusted EBITDA guidance to $19 million to $20 million (GlobeNewswire, 4:33 PM ET Wednesday).

3 E Network Technology Group (MASK) announced at 7:50 AM ET a strategic partnership with Zhengguangtong Logistics to build a global, asset-light AI-compute fulfillment network for enterprise-grade AI storage servers and all-flash arrays (GlobeNewswire).

Sunrun (RUN) said adjusted EPS was $0.56 against a $0.32 consensus and revenue rose 52% to $1.1 billion, above the $806 million estimate, Investing.com reported after Wednesday's close. CEO Mary Powell cited a 75% storage-attachment rate, the highest in company history. Full-year cash-generation guidance was revised to about $200 million excluding equipment safe-harbor investments.

Warby Parker (WRBY) reported third-quarter EPS of $0.04, $0.05 below the $0.09 estimate, and revenue of $244.73 million versus a $246.79 million consensus. It guided full-year 2026 revenue to $966 million to $976 million against a $969.20 million consensus, Investing.com said in a 6:57 AM ET report. Premarket volume shown was 0.1M.

The leveraged fund on the list

APPX is the Tradr 2X Long APP Daily ETF, which seeks 2x the daily move of AppLovin. It is not a company. AppLovin reported third-quarter EPS of $4.30, beating the $4.04 estimate by $0.26, and revenue of $2.18 billion versus a $2.08 billion consensus, and guided fourth-quarter revenue to $2.37 billion to $2.40 billion (Investing.com, 4:16 PM ET Wednesday). APP was up about 18.69% in premarket trading (StockAnalysis), roughly consistent with APPX's 43.29% gain on 0.7M shares.

Because leveraged products reset daily, holding them for more than a day can produce returns very different from the stated multiple of the underlying. The SEC's investor bulletin on leveraged and inverse ETFs explains why.

Market context

U.S. stock futures were mixed early Thursday as the post-election relief rally cooled. As of a Yahoo Finance update at 7:53 AM ET, Dow futures were up 0.5%, S&P 500 futures up 0.1% and Nasdaq-100 futures down 0.7% as semiconductor stocks declined. Brent crude traded near $96 a barrel and WTI near $89 as oil halted its recent slide amid talk of a possible Middle East deal. Thursday's calendar includes initial jobless claims at 8:30 AM ET, and earnings from Duke Energy, Airbnb and Lumentum, among others (Invested Alpha; Yahoo Finance).

Bitcoin traded near $80,500 in early Thursday crypto market coverage (KuCoin daily report).

Risk note

Premarket gappers are dominated by small caps and low-float stocks, and those can reverse just as quickly as they rise. Premarket volume is thin, spreads can be wide, and a gap up before the bell can fade at the open. Several of today's names are low-priced China-listed equities or trade on very light overnight volume, and SEZL's move rests on 0.0M of premarket volume. Leveraged products can lose value quickly, and an adverse move of more than 50% in the underlying in a single day could wipe out a 2x fund. Moves this large can bring trading halts and sudden drops; FINRA explains how trading halts work. A big percentage gain is not a sign of company quality. This article is not investment advice.
